The Summer High School Program is designed for serious athletes who are committed to elevating their performance through advanced, structured, and highly technical training. This group focuses on the full development of the high school sprinter, jumper, hurdler, or middle-distance athlete by implementing a progression-based training model that mirrors collegiate-style preparation. Sessions emphasize acceleration, max-velocity mechanics, speed endurance, plyometrics, race modeling, energy-system development, and event-specific technical refinement.

Athletes in this group train with clear performance goals and will compete in high-level outdoor meets to gain exposure, measure progress, and prepare for postseason competition. This group demands consistency, focus, and accountability. The goal is to maximize athletic potential, build competitive resilience, and prepare athletes to excel at the high school level and beyond.

This program includes progressive weight sessions.

Requirements
Running Shoes (not basketball or casual)
Athletic Clothing
Water Bottle
Spikes (only if coach approved)

Performance & Training Expectations
Train with intensity and discipline
Consistently attend all schedule practices
Complete assigned workouts, including speed endurance and high-effort reps
Participate in strength and plyometric training
Accept technical feedback and apply corrections
