PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our jumps program focuses on developing the power, rhythm, and technique needed for success in long jump, triple jump, and high jump. Athletes learn proper approach mechanics, explosive take-off skills, flight control, and safe, efficient landing technique. Through targeted drills, plyometrics, and event-specific strength training, we help each athlete jump farther, jump higher, and compete with confidence.
