PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our Summer Training Program is designed to prepare athletes for peak performance at New Balance Nationals and the USATF Junior Olympic qualifying series. Training emphasizes advanced event-specific development across sprints, distance, jumps, and throws, with a strong focus on speed, strength, endurance, and technical precision.
Athletes follow high-level training cycles that build toward championship competition, incorporating race modeling, performance testing, and recovery strategies to ensure readiness for elite-level meets. The summer season provides athletes with the opportunity to compete on a national stage, sharpen their competitive edge, and showcase their abilities against top talent from across the country.
