PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Spring Training Program is designed to prepare middle school and high school athletes for peak performance throughout the FHSAA scholastic competition season. Training focuses on event-specific development in sprints, distance, jumps, and throws, with an emphasis on technique refinement, strength, speed, endurance, and race execution.

Athletes progress through structured training cycles that align with school meet schedules while also preparing select athletes for travel invitational meets that provide higher-level competition and valuable racing experience. The spring season builds confidence, sharpens skills, and positions athletes to compete at their best during state qualifiers.
